Job summary

Philip MacLean - Desjardins Insurance Agent in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a licensed Life Insurance Advisor. You will grow and support Life and Living Benefits with existing and new clients, reviewing policies and building lasting relationships in a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

1. Work with existing and prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored Life and Living Benefits solutions.
2. Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options, including Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Critical Illness Insurance.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
4. Follow up on leads, referrals, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Work towards obtaining your Ontario General Insurance License within three months of joining our team.
6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
7. Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and help achieve agency goals.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, performance-based incentives, benefits, paid vacation, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Starting base salary of $50,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives.

• Potential to earn over $75,000 per year through salary and performance-based compensation.
