Marinkovski Insurance and Financial Services Inc. is seeking a proactive advisor in Mississauga to personally contact clients by phone, educating them on home and auto options and guiding them toward smart insurance choices.

You will work with the team to pursue marketing goals, leverage referrals, and provide excellent service while earning a competitive base with uncapped commission and strong benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay $46,000 - $54,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a home or auto insurance policy. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
• Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license (OTL or RIBO) is a must
• Minimum 1-2 year working experience as an insurance advisor
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Product/ sales experience (required).
• Strong understanding of technology.
• Product/ sales experience (required).
• Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
