Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Licensing Administrator to maintain daily vehicle licensing operations within the Field Operations team in Mississauga, Ontario. You will handle licensing procedures, registrations, and maintain digital and physical records to ensure seamless deliveries.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ years in licensing or vehicle registration, with strong multitasking, communication, and knowledge of Google Sheets/Drive. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years licensing or ownership/vehicle registration experience is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with Google Drive/Sheets and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily vehicle licensing tasks for on-time deliveries.
• Retrieve and update licensing data in Clutch software databases.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Field Operations and Production teams to complete licensing.
• Oversee vehicle registration and documentation filing (digital and physical).
• Track changes in licensing regulations and communicate updates to the team.
• Provide onboarding support and training on licensing procedures to new hires.
