Job summary

Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Licensing Administrator to manage daily licensing ops in the Field Operations team. You’ll handle licensing tasks before every delivery, using Google Sheets and our database to keep accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of licensing experience, strong multitasking ability, and familiarity with Google Drive and Slack.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of ownership/vehicle registration management experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily vehicle licensing tasks ahead of scheduled deliveries.
• Use Google Sheets and Clutch software database to gather and manage data.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Field Operations and Production teams to ensure timely licensing.
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage vehicle registration.
• Provide training and support to new hires on licensing procedures.
