Dilawri Group's 401 Dixie Volkswagen in Mississauga is seeking a Licensed Service Technician to join our service team. You will perform repairs, diagnostics, and warranty work with a focus on quality and safety, while communicating clearly with customers and service advisors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Valid 310S license.
• Valid G license.
• Dealership and brand knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance services following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines as assigned.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify malfunctions and perform the repair.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Stay sharp and up to date on latest industry trends, vehicle technology, and repair techniques
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
