Specsavers in Toronto is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Optician for the Dufferin Mall location. You will guide customers through eyewear choices, ensure comfort, style, and proper vision, and collaborate with retail and clinical teams to deliver quality eyecare.

The role requires registration with the College of Opticians and a valid Dispensing Optician License in Canada, plus 2 years of customer service experience. 30 hours per week, on-site with flexible retail hours.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Opticians.
• Valid Dispensing Optician License in your province (Canada).
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a retail/optical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding visual needs and prescriptions.
• Provide guidance on frame and lens selection for comfort, style and function.
• Perform dispensing measurements using digital tools and conduct quality checks.
