Specsavers in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking a Student Optician to help customers select eyewear that best suits their vision and lifestyle. You will work under a Licensed Optician, guiding choices and ensuring every pair provides comfort, style, and optimal function.

You’ll support dispensing measurements, collaborate with retail and clinical teams, and learn the standards Specsavers is renowned for while delivering excellent customer service in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Opticianry post-secondary program in your province.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an optical environment.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting with organized, calm work

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through eyewear choices for comfort, style, and fit.
• Collaborate with licensed optician and store team to support customers with advice and standards.
• Perform dispensing measurements and quality checks using optical tools.
