IS2 in Fergus, Ontario is seeking a licensed 433A Industrial Millwright to join our manufacturing and maintenance team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery to ensure smooth operations, respond to emergency breakdowns, and perform preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate has welding experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid 433A Industrial Millwright Certificate of Qualification.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Welding experience and ability to repair machine components.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical failures involving industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and complete repairs based on operational priorities.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Repair and replace mechanical components, including gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and other machine parts.
• Perform welding and machine component repairs as required.
• Identify potential equipment issues and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs and parts used in the computerized maintenance system.
• Communicate maintenance updates and equipment concerns to supervisors and maintenance planners.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed 433A Industrial Millwright to join a manufacturing and maintenance team in Fergus, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves responding to emergency breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and completing equipment repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, welding experience, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple maintenance priorities. Location: Fergus, ON. Job Type: Full-Time. Starting Wage: $42.93/hour. Shift: Continental Shift. Shift Premium: Approximately $10,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical failures involving industrial machinery and production equipment.

Compensation & Benefits
