Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an established manufacturing facility in Huron Park, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will hold a 433A Millwright and/or 442A Electrician license with hands-on maintenance experience, including pumps, hydraulics, and PLCs.

You will troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement in a safe, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Valid 433A and/or 442A licenses.
• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience rebuilding pumps, cylinders, and components.
• Manufacturing experience required; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment breakdowns.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Rebuild and repair components, including pumps and cylinders.
• Support engineering projects and equipment improvements.
• Follow health and safety procedures and quality standards.
• Identify equipment issues and implement corrective actions.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an established manufacturing facility in Huron Park, Ontario.

This is a great opportunity for a licensed Industrial Millwright or Industrial Electrician with strong hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, responding to breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, rebuilding components, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment breakdowns.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Rebuild and repair components, including pumps and cylinders.
• Perform general facility and equipment maintenance.
• Support engineering projects and equipment improvements.
• Identify equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid 433A Industrial Millwright and/or 442A Industrial Electrician license.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience rebuilding pumps, cylinders, and other equipment components.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Manufacturing experience is required.

Assets

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO and IATF manufacturing standards.
