Cambodiana Express in Trois-Rivières, Canada, is seeking a skilled kitchen professional to lead Cambodian and Thai-inspired dishes in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

You will manage kitchen operations, train staff in preparation and handling of food, supervise cooks and helpers, maintain inventory and records, and ensure food safety and quality. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role offering 40-hour weeks at $20 per hour.
