Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions represents a leading Canadian property management client seeking a Licensed Condominium Manager to oversee a large portfolio of condominium assets in Edmonton and surrounding areas. The role reports to the Regional Director and requires RECA Condominium licensing, strong customer service, and excellent communication.

A growth mindset and service-first approach are valued. Salary up to CAD 90,000 with a hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player with positive attitude.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Responsibilities

Professionally manage a real estate portfolio comprised of various asset classes.
Regular site inspections of real estate portfolio and assessment of issues within buildings and specific units.
Inputting of data into CRM system and ensuring the quality of the information in the system.
Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs.
Production of annual operating budgets and review of monthly financial statements.
Engage in business development efforts.
Attend and assist with Board meetings.
Address client concerns.
Liaise with the Boards of Directors for each property.
Schedule and maintain projects as per a company-wide maintenance schedule for all properties.
