The successful candidate will manage financial, administrative, and physical aspects of multiple condominium properties, ensuring timely updates and strong stakeholder relationships while leveraging technology to enhance operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of condominium management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship management with Boards, owners, vendors and contractors.
• Proven ability to provide frequent and meaningful client updates.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, capital planning and bylaw administration.
• Strong organization, judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Consistent follow-through and the ability to maintain continuity across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial, administrative and physical management of condominium properties while maintaining strong working relationships with Boards, owners, contractors, vendors and internal team members.
• Support continuity during portfolio transitions and improve processes as needed.
• Provide leadership when complex matters arise and mentor other managers as appropriate.

For the Condominium Manager position, we are looking for:
