Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent experience in a similar position.
• Public/customer service experience in high-volume setting.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, web tools, Excel, databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist library users at multiple service points and direct workflow.

• Serve as a resource for staff and provide problem-solving before escalation.
• Work with specialized equipment, software, databases and citation systems.
