Job summary

Money Mart is hiring a Financial Service Representative at our Sudbury-area branch to help customers with personal lending, payments, and everyday financial services. You will interview customers, review applications, cross-sell products, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service, cash handling experience, and proficiency with POS systems; flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience as Retail Sales Associate or similar role.
• One or more years of experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Track record of achieving sales goals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate customer service by assessing needs and completing transactions.
• Promote and process loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, and other products.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase product awareness and meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, terms, and options using approved materials.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer information and records in required systems.
• Follow policies including KYC, AML/ATF, privacy, and fraud prevention.
