Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Ability to cross-sell and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and process transactions.
• Promote loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, and other services.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, and repayment terms.
• Maintain accurate customer records and required paperwork.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
