Momentum Financial Services Group, trading as Money Mart, is seeking a Financial Service Representative to assist customers with personal lending and everyday financial needs. You will interview customers, review applications, promote products, and process transactions in a branch setting.

The role requires customer service focus, cash handling experience, and the ability to meet sales goals while following KYC/AML guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Experience with POS transactions and achieving sales goals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate customer service by assessing needs, completing transactions, and identifying opportunities to promote products and services.
• Promote and process loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, bill payments, and related services.
• Cross-sell opportunities to increase product awareness and meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, and repayment terms clearly using approved materials.
• Collect and verify customer information to process applications in a compliant manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records in required systems.
