Job summary

Momentum Financial Services Group, the Money Mart brand’s parent, is seeking a Retail Financial Service Associate in Pembroke. You will assist customers with personal lending, cash handling, and related services, driving sales while upholding regulatory standards.

You’ll provide friendly service, explain product details, cross-sell offerings, and maintain accurate records. A high school diploma and cash-handling experience are required, with a willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One+ years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Experience with POS transactions.
• Track record of achieving sales goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and cross-sell products.
• Promote and process loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers and more.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, terms, and options clearly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process transactions.
• Follow KYC/AML, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
