As a Legal Administrative Assistant, this role requires strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to proactively manage files, deadlines, and document workflows.
You will work closely with lawyers across several practice areas, including commercial litigation, personal injury, and employment law, providing direct support on a variety of files and court‑related matters. You will collaborate with legal professionals who rely on strong administrative document‑management, scheduling, and litigation support skills to keep matters moving efficiently.

The typical salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 annually, and the base salary may vary depending on a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as internal and market equity.
