Job summary

Morguard is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to convert leads into leasing appointments and support community teams across Mississauga, Waterloo, London and Windsor. The role requires a performance-driven approach and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced real estate setting.

You will participate in evening/weekend shifts as needed, manage multiple databases, and help maintain occupancy targets while supporting a collaborative team in a diversified North American portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in direct sales or call center.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or results.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Yardi, email, internet.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales leads to leasing appointments.
• Respond to email leasing inquiries to convert to appointments.
• Maintain relationships with community teams to sustain occupancy and quotas.
• Update leasing team on new appointments and prospect activity.
• Prepare monthly appointment-to-sale conversion reports for commissions.
