Job summary

Morguard, a leading North American real estate company, is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage suite rentals and maintain strong tenant relations. You’ll inspect vacant units, coordinate showings, process applications, and ensure accurate leasing documentation.

Responsibilities include advertising available suites, monitoring online listings, compiling daily activity reports, and supporting the Property Manager with occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; marketing education is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant leasing or property-management experience.
• Experience using Yardi is an asset.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Rent available suites, screen applicants, collect deposits, and coordinate showings.
• Oversee advertising and marketing across platforms and maintain online listings.
• Document and report rental activity, leads, and occupancy to the Property Manager.
• Perform general administrative duties and assist tenants with move-in information.
