Gestion Zagora is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our Montréal team. You will rent vacant apartments, assess client needs, and manage tenant onboarding with a focus on service quality.

You’ll stay on top of the local rental market, show units, negotiate leases and draft agreements, while building relationships with tenants and prospects in a bilingual FR/EN environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and ethical.
• Organised with strong time management.
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
• Energetic team player who can work under pressure.

Gestion Zagora is a growing property management company. In operation for over five years, it owns and manages rental buildings mainly in Montréal, on Montréal’s South Shore, in Gatineau and in Québec City. As we grow, we are looking for a full-time Leasing Agent to join the property management team in Montréal.Experience or interest in real estate, or relevant real estate training, is an asset. We offer a collaborative team that shares knowledge, close contact with management and openness to new ideas, full training and group insurance.
