Job summary

Gestion Zagora is a growing property management company seeking a full-time Leasing Agent in Montréal. You will rent vacant apartments, understand tenant needs, and stay on top of the local rental market.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual French and English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. You will build relationships with tenants and prospects by phone, email, and in person.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and ethical.
• Responsible and organised, with excellent time and priority management.
• Initiative, autonomy, attention to detail and rigour.
• Energetic team player who can work under pressure.
• Able to communicate in French and English, spoken and written.

Gestion Zagora is a growing property management company. In operation for over five years, it owns and manages rental buildings mainly in Montréal, on Montréal’s South Shore, in Gatineau and in Québec City. As we grow, we are looking for a full-time Leasing Agent to join the property management team in Montréal.Experience or interest in real estate, or relevant real estate training, is an asset. We offer a collaborative team that shares knowledge, close contact with management and openness to new ideas, full training and group insurance.

What you’ll do

• Rent the building’s vacant apartments
• Understand each client’s needs
• Follow up on the onboarding of new tenants
• Stay on top of the local rental market
• Book appointments
• Produce leasing activity reports and handle renewal requests as needed
• Show units and negotiate leases
• Draft lease agreements
• Respond to the building’s tenants courteously, quickly and efficiently
• Reach out to potential clients by phone, networking and email to build business relationships
