Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver in-person, virtual, and eLearning training solutions.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, workshops, and learning sessions.
- Customize learning programs to meet department-specific needs.
- Conduct learning needs assessments through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
- Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with L&D management to recommend training strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop engaging and interactive course materials, presentations, job aids, and eLearning modules.
- Source and curate external content to supplement learning resources.
- Assist in the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking participation, reporting, and evaluations.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, assessments, and performance data.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies based on learner feedback and business outcomes.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Act as a resource for employees seeking development opportunities.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent.
- 2-4 years experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design roles.
- Facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools and LMS platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and report learning outcomes.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
