Bird Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to handle full-cycle recruitment across designated project sites. You will drive a consistent candidate experience and partner with senior TA leaders to implement recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in human resources, business or a related field.
• 2-5+ years recruiting experience in high-volume trades recruitment.
• Experience hiring salaried staff is an asset.
• Experience in construction/industrial services is an asset.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS is an asset.
• Knowledge of federal and provincial employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute full cycle recruitment for hires aligned with policies and workflow.
• Lead the talent acquisition process and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
• Partner with Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to develop strategies and programs.
• Source candidates and manage relationships with agencies and universities.
• Maintain staffing documentation in the ATS and plan for upcoming projects.
