Job summary

Four Seasons seeks a Coordinator, Commercial Learning Content in Toronto to develop and sustain learning content that supports our commercial strategy. You will work with SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors to translate business needs into engaging learning experiences across formats.

The role requires strong instructional design, project management, and LMS proficiency, with a hybrid work model and close collaboration with the Capabilities team.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree; Instructional design certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience developing learning content across live, virtual, and written formats.
• Experience with learning content authoring and LMS tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of high-quality learning content across multiple modalities (eLearning, virtual, live).
• Coordinate content reviews, pilots, and testing to improve quality before launch.
• Manage learning content development projects with vendors and SMEs.
