Job summary

Learning Advisor - Fly In/Fly Out at Suncor Energy Fort Hills Mine Site in Alberta. Partner with clients to identify training gaps, design strategic learning solutions, and lead high-impact projects while supporting regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the business.

Role requires facilitation, change management, and strong project-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a camp environment on a 7-on/7-off FIFO rotation.

Qualifications

• 4 years of applicable work experience.
• Post secondary education that complements the requirements of the role.
• Ability to support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
• Working knowledge of business financials.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to take initiative and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Strong facilitation skills required to support productive, inclusive discussions and clear outcomes.
