Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise Projects Team on an 18-month contract in Canada. You will lead cross‑functional teams from conception through handover, drive transformation initiatives, and advise on strategic options to optimize business outcomes.

You will coach colleagues, manage stakeholder relationships, and apply industry best practices to deliver cost-effective solutions that align with our strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services.
• PMP designation is preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation projects.
• Experience with data migration projects, including data conversion and transition to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale strategic initiatives across the organization from conception to handover.
• Provide strategic input on business decisions and opportunities.
• Coach and mentor teams to build project capabilities.
