Job summary

OTIP Group of Companies in Ontario is seeking an experienced Agile Practice Manager to lead maturity and effectiveness of Agile delivery across ESO and the broader organization. You will coach Scrum Leads and delivery partners, ensuring practices align with business outcomes in a hybrid environment.

You will establish metrics, drive continuous improvement, and lead a team of Project Managers and Scrum Leads, partnering with senior stakeholders to align portfolios and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Agile project management experience with leadership in practice development.
• Experience leading or maturing an Agile practice and Agile Community of Practice.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM or SAFe are a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with delivery focus.
• French language ability is a strong asset.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or Insurance/financial services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Mature and evolve Agile practices, frameworks, and methodologies across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and mature Agile processes.
• Provide training and workshops on Agile principles and frameworks to teams and management.
• Coach Scrum Leads, Capability Owners, and delivery stakeholders on Agile behaviours and rituals.
• Develop meaningful Agile metrics to assess flow, predictability, capacity, and health.
• Own and evolve Agile standards, guardrails, and playbooks to support consistent delivery.
• Manage a team of Project Managers and Scrum Leads in a strong matrix environment.
• Build relationships with OGC and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Support alignment between squads, product owners, PMO, and portfolio functions.
• Guide strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation for projects.
