Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt leader to promote continuous improvement across multiple sites in Contract Logistics. You will drive value through Lean initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor belts, and oversee automation-focused improvements.

This role emphasizes training, coaching, and delivering measurable cost savings while maintaining high standards of safety and quality across our logistics network.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification or equivalently demonstrated expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in contract logistics and 3PL processes is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Certifying and recertifying sites annually to ensure Lean Six Sigma adherence.
• Lead Deep Dive Value Stream Analysis events to identify inefficiencies and propose automation.
• Mentor Yellow and Green Belts to LSS certification and coach teams.
