Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Industrial Engineering Consultant to guide operational efficiency and process optimization for Kimberley-area clients. You will analyze complex challenges, design strategic improvements, and deliver measurable results across diverse industrial settings.

The role requires a Master's in Industrial Engineering with 10+ years in the field, strong Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and proven client-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive industrial engineering experience, heavily consulting.
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt in Six Sigma preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and drive implementation.
• Excellent client management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management software and advanced data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
• Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma strategies for clients.
• Design optimized facility layouts, material flow and production schedules.
• Lead project teams, manage timelines and ensure successful engagements.
• Provide training and coaching on industrial engineering best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations.
