Job summary

Teranet Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operational Excellence Leader to guide planning, design, and implementation of process improvements across the organization.

You will work with Project Managers to engage staff in Lean Six Sigma initiatives, drive productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, plus 5+ years in an operations role with strong leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; PMP, Agile and Change Management credentials are nice to haves.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities; data-driven decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the Operational Excellence (OPEX) Training Program across the organization.
• Identification, prioritization, and implementation of process improvement initiatives locally or corporately to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
• Increase awareness and understanding of operational excellence methodologies, tools, processes, and principles.
• Guide all business functions using LEAN/Six Sigma and other operational improvement methodologies.
• Build effective relationships, influence, and motivate business units and leadership teams to ensure their commitment to the achievement of operational excellence.
• Support operational analysis activities relating to cost efficiencies and work distribution.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Robotics Process Automation is a plus
• Understanding of different software delivery mindset and methodologies such as Agile and/or DevOps is also a plus.
