Job summary

ID Logistics Canada is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead site CI initiatives on the warehouse floor. You will drive Lean Six Sigma projects, map current and future processes, and develop SOPs to improve safety, quality, and throughput.

A minimum of three years of direct Amazon operations experience and a Lean Six Sigma Belt are required; a Black Belt is preferred. Possibility for growth in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of direct Amazon operational experience in fulfillment or similar environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Belt certification mandatory; Black Belt highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; master's is a plus.
• Proven track record leading CI projects in high-volume warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the site CI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by impact and safety.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, 5S and value-stream mapping.
• Translate customer expectations into sustainable ID Logistics processes on the floor.
• Develop current/future-state maps, SOPs, and visual controls.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive actions to completion.
• Build dashboards and management reporting to track performance.
