Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to lead and support process improvement across manufacturing and strategic external partners. The role builds capability to deliver improvements using DMAIC and Lean/OpEx methods to drive performance and shareholder value.

You will coach leaders on Six Sigma, Lean and OpEx, manage CI projects, facilitate planning, and ensure sustainable results through change management. Occasional travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or operations management.
• Minimum 5–8 years of full-time manufacturing/supply chain experience.
• Proven track record delivering measurable process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support CI initiatives across manufacturing and key external stakeholders.
• Coach leaders on Six Sigma, Lean and OpEx methodologies.
• Facilitate project pipelines and monitor progress using DMAIC/DMADV/PDCA.
• Apply change management to sustain results and drive value.
• Travel up to 25% for training and project execution.
