Job summary

Summit Search Group is partnering with a leader in leadership advisory services to identify a Leadership Solutions Manager. You will support growth by managing large client accounts and ensuring high-quality delivery across leadership assessment, coaching, succession, and board initiatives.

You will coordinate complex projects, oversee delivery timelines, manage invoicing, and collaborate with Partners and consultants to prepare materials and proposals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project coordination in client service.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; good with surveys/tools.
• PMP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall client delivery oversight for complex LAP offerings.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and client communications to ensure milestones.
• Manage invoicing, progress payments, and billing with accounting.
• Prepare materials and proposals in collaboration with Partners/Principals/Sr. Consultants.
• Maintain active project trackers and liaise with clients on assessments and coaching.
• Support technology contracts and system requirements for clients and internally.
