Job summary

Odgers Canada seeks a Leadership Solutions Manager to support the Leadership Advisory Practice by managing complex client engagements from inception through delivery. You will coordinate with partners, consultants and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes and high client satisfaction.

The role requires strong project coordination, relationship-building, and proficiency with assessment tools, surveys and coaching programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project coordination experience within a client service environment.
• Experience managing complex projects with integrated solutions and multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage project plans, billing and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall client delivery oversight for complex LAP offerings and integrated LAP projects.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, offsites, team meetings and client communications.
• Manage billing, invoicing and reporting; maintain project trackers and progress updates.
• Liaise with clients to administer leadership assessments and related tools.
