KPMG Canada is seeking a leader to design, architect, and deliver sophisticated Workday HCM solutions for a diverse client base. You will serve as the primary architect across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and related modules, guiding integrations and roadmap execution.

You will drive business development activities, manage engagements with senior clients, and collaborate with partners to ensure value delivery and client satisfaction. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five years of experience with Workday implementation and upgrade.
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
• Experience leading and supporting business development activities such as deal qualification and proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex Workday HCM solutions.
• Serve as the primary functional and technical architect for Workday HCM and related modules.
• Develop and maintain the Workday roadmap and drive adoption across the platform.
• Architect end-to-end integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.
• Plan and manage engagements under the leadership of the Partner and lead client engagements.
