PHSA is seeking a CORE HCM Lead to drive the design, configuration, testing and deployment of the Workday module within HR. You will lead cross-functional teams, validate business requirements and map processes to future-state standards, ensuring successful delivery across the implementation lifecycle.

This temporary, full-time role based in Burnaby combines hands-on leadership with change management, training and post go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems or related field, plus 5–7 years of HR experience in a complex health organization.
• Workday implementation experience is an asset.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with leaders at a strategic level and provide leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing.
• Analytical skills to translate data into action, complemented by program planning and management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HR business practices, workflow analysis, business systems design, and process re-engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to write, analyze and understand project plans, proposals for accuracy and consistency.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for the subject matter functional area assigned for best practice, configuration, and integrations of current and future state.
• Leads the end to end design, configuration, and validation of the Workday module within the designated functional area.
• Leads gathering, validation, documenting business requirements and design discussions.
• Supports testing plans and requirements; develops test scenarios and ensures timely execution.
• Collaborates with internal implementation teams to achieve outcomes and resolve barriers.
• Provides guidance through Build, Test and Training phases and post-implementation support.
