The role requires 3+ years in project management within restoration or construction, strong communication, and proficiency in estimating tools like Xactimate and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager or equivalent in restoration/construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of restoration practices, safety regs, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects from kickoff to completion with precision.
• Prepare detailed estimates and manage budgets to ensure profitability and on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources; mentor junior PMs and supervisors.
