Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration in Canada is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee restoration and rebuild projects from estimation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability while mentoring others and shaping the client experience.

You will scope losses, prepare detailed estimates, manage budgets, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and insurers. The role requires 3+ years PM experience and IICRC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager I or equivalent in restoration/construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of restoration practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Experience reading plans, developing scopes, and negotiating with clients/adjusters.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and MS Office; Level 2 Xactimate is a plus.
• IICRC WRT and FSRT certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects from kickoff to completion with precision and purpose.
• Scope losses, prepare detailed estimates, and manage budgets to stay profitable.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources to keep work on schedule.
• Engage homeowners, adjusters, and insurers to align expectations.
• Mentor junior project managers and supervisors for consistency and growth.
