Job summary

Integricon Property Restoration and Construction Group Inc. is seeking an Estimator (Restoration – Xactimate) to produce accurate estimates for restoration projects.

You will own initial estimates, revisions, and supplements while collaborating with Project Managers, PCC, Operations, and adjusters to move files from assignment to approval and invoicing. The role requires strong Xactimate skills, restoration estimating experience, and attention to detail to ensure scope, documentation, and code

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration estimating (residential and/or commercial).
• Strong working knowledge of Xactimate and related documentation.
• Ability to interpret photos, sketches, moisture maps, and scopes.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed and accurate Xactimate estimates across emergency, repair, and contents workstreams.
• Deliver initial estimates within SLA and coordinate revisions, supplements, and change orders.
• Validate estimates against site conditions and gather proper backup documentation.
• Review subcontractor quotes for scope and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain audit-ready files with version history and notes.
• Collaborate with PMs, PCC, Operations, and adjusters throughout the process.
• Communicate clearly with adjusters and clients as needed.
