Job summary

Ideal Child Services Group in Toronto, ON, seeks a Permanent Part-Time Lead RECE for the Tumpane Child Care Centre. This role offers split shifts with full-day summer coverage and PA days.

The successful candidate will hold an ECE diploma (or equivalent), be registered in good standing, and have Standard First Aid/CPR-C plus current VSC and health requirements. Responsibilities include program delivery, behaviour management, and collaboration with Parents and Staff.

Qualifications

• ECE diploma or equivalency is required.
• Registration and good standing with the College of ECE.
• First Aid/CPR – AED Level C certification.
• Current VSC (Vulnerable Sector Check) clearance.
• Medical and immunization requirements per Toronto Public Health.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement an Early Childhood Program per governing agencies.
• Maintain room control with positive behaviour management strategies.
• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program.
• Collaborate with staff, parents and ICSG management as needed.
