Job summary

FirstService Residential in Toronto is seeking a seasoned Condominium Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of multiple communities. You will drive service excellence, collaborate with boards, and coordinate with internal teams while upholding our standards of care.

Ideal candidates hold a General License, a Bachelor’s in Business or related field, and a PM designation. The role requires travel to head offices and after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Condominium Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
• General License in good standing; RCM or PM designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee property management across assigned portfolios.
• Ensure properties are maintained and operated per company standards.
• Coordinate with the Board of Directors and internal departments.
• Perform site inspections and recommend improvements to properties.
• Provide leadership and resolve issues promptly to maintain service levels.
