FirstService Residential in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to lead operations across multiple communities. You will ensure properties are maintained, liaise with boards, and drive service excellence in alignment with company standards.

The role requires a General License, a recognized designation (RCM or equivalent), and at least five years in condominium management, with strong financial acumen and staff leadership. Travel to head offices is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a General License in good standing.
• RCM or other recognized property management designation.
• Minimum 5 years of condominium management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in financial accounting for commercial real estate.

Responsabilités

• Oversee property maintenance and operations per company standards.
• Lead and manage properties within assigned region and book of business.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to set and communicate goals.
• Ensure client and company goals are met; manage teams across multiple properties.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend improvements.
• Maintain positive relations with Board of Directors and internal departments.
• Provide training and oversee staff to comply with procedures.
