Job summary

QFG is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Everyday Banking to architect a seamless Financial Hub that unifies spending, saving, and investing. You will own the post-onboarding lifecycle, drive migrations of payroll and bill payments, and collaborate across domains to deliver a cohesive, high-value user experience.

You will analyze DAU and transaction velocity, partner with engineering on architecture, and lead agile delivery while balancing business outcomes with customer needs in a competitive

Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, financial services, or banking industries
• Ability to connect product data with business metrics and outcomes
• Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research to understand client needs and market trends
• Strong user-centric mindset with ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
• Sufficient technical fluency to discuss architecture and trade-offs with engineers
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies and end-to-end product development lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for the Everyday Banking hub after onboarding
• Collaborate across product domains to orchestrate a financial hub where Spending, Lending, and Investing flow together
• Partner with Card team to ensure a flawless point-of-sale experience and clear transaction histories
• Build features that make saving easier and personal finance management intuitive
• Lead initiatives to migrate payroll, bill payments, and other accounts to the platform
• Define metrics, monitor DAU and transaction velocity, and strive to grow share of wallet
• Manage vendor relationships and lead high-stakes integrations
