Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Product Designer for our banking client to elevate user experiences across its product suite. You will lead end-to-end design from research through execution, ensuring user-friendly, visually compelling, and business-aligned solutions.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong UX/UI expertise, hands-on proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and experience building design systems and conducting user research. Banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong UX/UI portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and research methods.
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research to prototyping to final execution.
• Develop user-centric design solutions balancing business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft seamless experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
• Create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design system components.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to push design innovation.
