Mercury is building a business banking product at scale. We're looking for a Head of Product to own it end-to-end: setting strategy, leading a team of product managers, driving deposit and payment growth, and owning business performance.

You will lead cross-functional partners across engineering, design, risk, compliance, and finance, translate customer needs into scalable product bets, and ensure reliability, trust, and regulatory discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking, payments, platforms, or financial products.
• 5+ years leading product managers (hiring, coaching, org design, and performance management).
• Strong strategic, analytical, and risk-aware product leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own P&L, strategy, and product offering for business banking.
• Build AI- and data-driven user experiences at scale.
• Scale the PM organization and establish cadence and culture that drives pace and quality.
• Deepen core accounts and take new products 0-1 to scale.
• Make reliability and trust product features: uptime, correctness, latency, and support outcomes.
