Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Principal Product Manager – Billing & Platform in Canada to shape core platform services. You will lead the transition to Stripe Billing, modernize identity and access, and define a roadmap that enables reliable subscription experiences and accurate financial data across systems.

You will mentor product managers, collaborate with Finance, Security, and Engineering, and expand platform capabilities to support business growth while guiding

Formación

• 8+ years in SaaS product management with 4+ years in billing or subscriptions.
• Staff or Principal level experience on a platform or core service.
• Billing and payments expertise including pricing, invoicing, and taxation.
• Identity and access management with SSO, RBAC experience preferred.
• API literacy, SQL knowledge, and architecture discussion with engineers.
• Roadmapping, cross-functional alignment, and senior stakeholder influence.
• Experience migrating from legacy billing to Stripe or modern platforms.
• Strong communication with executives and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for essential platform services.
• Define Core Services Roadmap for billing and identity across products.
• Lead Billing and Payments strategy including pricing, plans, invoicing and refunds.
• Drive Stripe Billing migration with phased plan, metrics, tests and rollbacks.
• Simplify pricing and entitlements across product lines.
• Own Identity and Authentication models, including SSO and RBAC.
• Establish reliable billing data and enable audit reporting.
• Align stakeholders across Finance, RevOps, Support, and Sales.
• Expand platform capabilities over time and mentor team members.
