Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing and growing teams of engineers.
• Proven track record managing a team of 5+ software engineers focused on building and shipping products at scale.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a history of tackling complex challenges.
• Experience thriving in cross-functional environments with rigorous decision-making.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple high-impact work streams.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, feedback-driven, and challenging environment.
