Job summary

Sofina Foods Inc. in Burlington, Ontario, seeks licensed 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwrights for permanent full-time work at our pork processing facility. The role covers maintenance, PMs, CM and on-equipment repairs with conveyors, pumps, lathes and packaging lines.

You must be a TIG welder, safety-conscious and able to work in a team, on a 3pm–11pm shift with overtime opportunities. We offer full benefits after 6 months, a pension plan, on-site cafeteria and free parking, plus a boot and tool

Qualifications

• Must have a 433A license and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient TIG welding skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all mechanical equipment in the plant.
• Perform PMs, PDMs, CM and routine work orders.
• Repair and troubleshoot conveyors, pumps, grinders, and packaging lines.
• Work well in a team and follow GMP rules.
