• Lead and support a small team of 1–3 Mechanical Assemblers.
• Partner with Assembly Manager, Plant Manager, and Project Management to meet build timelines and quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurements to ensure accurate assembly.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during the build process.
• Maintain a fast, efficient pace while ensuring quality and safety standards.
